  • What types of beds can be used with the BedCane?

    The BedCane can be used with most traditional beds with box springs, platforms, or slats. It not is not intended to be used with adjustable beds or with extra soft mattresses.

  • Can the bed rail be used on beds with an adjustable base?

    No, for safety reasons, we do not recommend using the BedCane on adjustable beds.

  • On what size of mattress can I use the bed rail?

    The BedCane can be used on Twin, Full, Double, Queen, King, and California King mattresses with thickness between 6 and 14 inches.

  • Is this bed rail ASTM certified?

    Yes, this bed rail has been tested and certified safe by ASTM to prevent risks of falls and suffocation. It is one of the few bed rails on the market to have passed the ASTM F3186-17 Safety Standard Specification for Adult Portable Bed Rails.
